All system content, templates, prompts, keyword frameworks, and materials remain the intellectual property of Digilinx Advisory. Purchase grants personal use rights only.
Digilinx Advisory's total liability to any buyer shall not exceed the amount paid for the product. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or employment-related losses arising from use of the system.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. For buyers resident in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection rights under the law of your country of habitual residence are preserved and are not affected by this clause. We and you both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
