About Digilinx Advisory

The US Job Accelerator is a product of Digilinx Advisory, a Division of Digilinx Incorporated. Digilinx Advisory provides digital career optimization tools and advisory resources for job seekers in the United States and internationally.

All purchases, data processing, and delivery of the US Job Accelerator are managed by Digilinx Advisory. Our products are digital in nature and delivered electronically following purchase and resume submission.

Product Disclaimer

The US Job Accelerator is an optimization tool. It provides structured prompts, keyword frameworks, and guidance designed to improve the visibility and quality of your resume and LinkedIn profile in the US job market.

What this product is

• A system of AI optimization prompts and templates for resume and LinkedIn improvement
• A US recruiter keyword engine for ATS visibility
• A job application scripting framework
• A resource built from 20+ years of US talent acquisition experience

What this product is not

• A guarantee of employment or job placement
• A regulated career advisory or employment agency service
• A resume writing service performed by a human professional
• A recruitment or headhunting service

Results vary based on individual circumstances including industry, experience level, target role, geographic location, US job market conditions, and the quality and consistency of the buyer's application activity. Digilinx Advisory makes no guarantee of specific employment outcomes.

The buyer is solely responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness, and completeness of all information submitted through our intake form. Digilinx Advisory accepts no liability for inaccurate or misleading information submitted by buyers.

This product is not regulated by any US federal or state employment or career counseling agency. Digilinx Advisory complies with applicable Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines regarding endorsements and testimonials.

Section 3

Refund Policy & 90-Day Guarantee

Notwithstanding the above, Digilinx Advisory voluntarily offers the following unconditional guarantee as a demonstration of our confidence in the US Job Accelerator.

Guarantee Conditions

• Timeframe: Refund request must be submitted within 90 days of the original purchase date.
• Application volume: The buyer must have made a minimum of 21 relevant, documented job applications per 7-day period throughout the 90-day window. This accounts for all working patterns including shift workers, weekend workers, and varied schedules — 7 calendar days is the unit, not working days.
• Relevance standard: Applications must be reasonably matched to the buyer's professional background, experience level, and target role. Common sense applies — applications to roles entirely unrelated to the buyer's background and qualifications do not qualify toward the count. For example, a professional targeting logistics management roles would not qualify through applications to medical or legal positions.
• Documentation: The buyer must submit an application log with their refund request. A simple spreadsheet or list showing company name, job title, date applied, and platform used is sufficient. No elaborate records are required.
• Outcome condition: Zero interviews received within the 90-day period despite meeting all conditions above.

Refund Process

• Submit your refund request via the Contact form on our site or by WhatsApp
• Attach or share your application log
• We review your request and respond within 3 business days
• Approved refunds are processed within 7 days back to your original payment method via Stripe

Non-qualifying refund scenarios

• Refund requests submitted after 90 days from purchase date
• Refund requests without a documented application log
• Applications not reasonably relevant to the buyer's target role and experience level
• Fewer than 21 documented applications per 7-day period

Confidentiality & Data Use

Your resume content, employment history, LinkedIn profile, and all information submitted through our intake form is treated as strictly confidential.

How your data is used

• Solely to deliver your US Job Accelerator optimization materials
• To respond to your queries and support requests
• For quality review by Digilinx Advisory — human-in-loop review may occur to ensure delivery accuracy

What we do not do with your data

• We do not sell your data to any third party
• We do not share your data with recruiters, employers, or third-party services
• We do not use your resume data for AI model training
• We do not retain your resume or personal submission data beyond 7 days of delivery

Retention

All resume submission data is deleted within 7 days of delivery of your optimized materials. Contact and transactional records (name, email, payment reference) may be retained for up to 12 months for support and refund purposes, after which they are permanently deleted.

Privacy Policy — US Privacy Laws (CCPA/CPRA)

Digilinx Advisory is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. As our products are sold to US residents, applicable US privacy laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) govern our processing of personal data where applicable.

Data controller

Digilinx Advisory, a Division of Digilinx Incorporated, is the data controller for all personal data collected through the US Job Accelerator.

What personal data we collect

• Full name and email address — collected via our JotForm intake and contact forms
• Stripe payment reference — for purchase verification
• Current and target job title — for optimization context
• Employment history (last 3 roles) — for resume optimization
• LinkedIn profile URL — for LinkedIn restructuring guidance
• Voluntary information about job search challenges — optional intake field

Categories of personal information collected (CCPA/CPRA)

Under the CCPA/CPRA, we collect the following categories of personal information:

• Identifiers: name, email address
• Professional or employment-related information: job titles, employment history, LinkedIn profile
• Commercial information: purchase records, payment references

We do not collect sensitive personal information, biometric data, geolocation data, or internet browsing activity. We do not sell personal information to third parties and have no actual knowledge of selling personal information of minors under 16 years of age.

Legal basis for processing

We process personal data on the basis of contract performance — the data is necessary to deliver the product you have purchased. For contact enquiries, we process on the basis of legitimate interests. Under CCPA/CPRA, the business purpose for collection is to provide the requested service and complete the transaction.

Your rights under California law (CCPA/CPRA)

• Right to know: request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal data we have collected about you
• Right to delete: request deletion of your personal data, subject to certain exceptions
• Right to correct: request correction of inaccurate personal data
• Right to opt-out of sale or sharing: we do not sell or share your personal data — no action needed
• Right to limit use of sensitive personal information: we do not collect sensitive personal information
• Right to non-discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights

Third-party processors

We use the following sub-processors to operate our service:

• JotForm — form collection and intake (GDPR and CCPA compliant)
• Stripe — payment processing (PCI DSS compliant)
• Netlify — static site hosting

We do not use any advertising platforms, remarketing tools, or third-party analytics services that process personal data on this site.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. JotForm embeds may set functional cookies necessary for form operation. No personal data is transmitted to advertising networks.

Section 6

Terms of Service

Purchase and access

By completing a purchase, the buyer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the US Job Accelerator materials for personal job search purposes only. The materials may not be resold, redistributed, or shared with third parties.

Delivery

Optimized materials are delivered digitally within 24 hours of the buyer completing the resume intake form on the success page following purchase. Delivery is conditional on the buyer submitting all required intake form fields.

Intellectual property

All system content, templates, prompts, keyword frameworks, and materials remain the intellectual property of Digilinx Advisory. Purchase grants personal use rights only.

Limitation of liability

Digilinx Advisory's total liability to any buyer shall not exceed the amount paid for the product. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or employment-related losses arising from use of the system.

Eligibility

By purchasing the US Job Accelerator, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. The system is intended for adult job seekers in the United States.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. The buyer agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your transaction. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
