The recruitment cycle typically runs 60–90 days to fill a vacancy, depending on role type, industry, and location. The 90-day window is set deliberately to align with this reality — it is a fair and generous timeframe, not a barrier.
Under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA), you have the right to cancel this transaction within 7 days of the date of receipt of the product.

By submitting the intake form and ticking the consent box, you explicitly request that performance of the digital service begins before the end of the 7-day cancellation period, and you acknowledge that you will lose your right of cancellation once the product has been fully delivered to you in accordance with section 44(4) of ECTA.

Your CV content, employment history, LinkedIn profile, and all information submitted through our intake form is treated as strictly confidential.
All CV submission data is deleted within 7 days of delivery of your optimised materials. Contact and transactional records (name, email, payment reference) may be retained for up to 12 months for support and refund purposes, after which they are permanently deleted.

By completing a purchase of the SA Job Accelerator System (priced at R850 ZAR), the buyer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for personal job search purposes only. The materials may not be resold, redistributed, or shared with third parties.
Optimised materials are delivered digitally within 24 hours of the buyer completing the CV intake form on the success page following purchase. Delivery is conditional on the buyer submitting all required intake form fields.
All system content, templates, prompts, keyword frameworks, and materials remain the intellectual property of Digilinx Advisory. Purchase grants personal use rights only.
Digilinx Advisory's total liability to any buyer shall not exceed the amount paid for the product. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or employment-related losses arising from use of the system. Nothing in this clause excludes or limits liability for gross negligence or as otherwise prohibited by the CPA or other applicable law.
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit or exclude any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA). To the extent that any provision of these terms is inconsistent with the CPA, the CPA will prevail. The SA Job Accelerator System is classified as a service under the CPA.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the product shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your transaction. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
